About the Guernsey Air Display
Now in its 51st year, the Guernsey Air Display has taken place in the skies of St Peter Port since 1967.
It is a popular misconception that the event is funded entirely by public funds. The Guernsey Air Display is in fact a private event organised by The Guernsey Air Display Foundation in aid of RAFA, the Royal Air Force Association - a charity which supports the RAF family.
Each year, the team at the Air Display Foundation, works tirelessly to promote the event and to bring together a consortium of businesses and individuals and other fund raising initiatives such as the Friends of the Air Display, who all generously contribute all of the funds required.
